UK shipping costs are included in the listing prices of vases and decorative objects unless otherwise stated. 

All orders are shipped within 4 working days from the date of purchase.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fully tracked, insured, and signed-for service.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow extra time for delivery during UK public holidays or extreme weather disruptions.

We offer international shipping on request.

All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed-for service to ensure safe delivery.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

By law, we must declare the full value of your purchase on customs forms—we cannot understate the value or mark items as gifts.
